Two appointments, both bookable online
Both are offered at both clinics. Which one you pick changes how long the room is held, and therefore which starting times you are offered.
Eye examination
Vision measured, prescription checked, eye health reviewed. If you are not sure which appointment you need, this is the one — the optometrist will tell you if anything else is called for.
Bring your current glasses or lenses, and a note of any medication you take.

For eyes that burn, water or feel gritty and do not settle on their own. Longer than a standard examination because the tear film is assessed properly and the treatment is explained before you leave.
Come without eye make-up if you can, and stop wearing contact lenses a few hours beforehand.

Most booking forms hide it, and then the times drift: appointments run into each other, the room is not reset, and the last patient of the morning waits twenty minutes. Here the buffer is part of the appointment. A 30-minute examination holds the room for 40, so the next start offered is 40 minutes later — not 30.
Starting times are offered every 15 minutes, so a free afternoon shows 09:00, 09:15, 09:30 and so on — but once one is taken, everything that overlaps it goes, at that clinic, for both appointments. See that drawn out on the front page
